Fun With a Fisheye

New stuff to play with!  Yay!  I recently purchased a new fisheye lens and today I tried it out at the Texas Capitol building, of course!  It's a great place to shoot, plus it's close to where I work and best of all, it's indoors!  When it's 100 degrees out, this is a good thing!

I like this new fisheye lens for two reasons... It's slightly wider than the wide angle lens I have and it has some great funky distortion for a little different look.  It's a nice little change of pace.

So, these two shots are in the portion of the Capitol called the "Capitol Extension".  It's an underground portion of the complex that extends north and houses shops and offices.  It also has some cool architecture.  And I think it looks cool through the new lens.

Enjoy and thanks for dropping by!
