Views from the Alaska Railroad

Here are a couple shots taken from the Alaska Railroad during a wonderful tour we took from Girdwood to Seward.  The first is of one of the many lakes.  I'm sorry, but I didn't get the name of it but it has the beautiful turquoise blue hue due to the minerals from the melting glacier that feeds the lake.

The second is a shot of the mountains around the Turnagain Arm as we were set to arrive in Girdwood at the end of the day.  There were these crazy-looking clouds that you only see in mountainous areas it seems and the window of the train acted as a nice filter for the sunset, providing the great yellow color here.
