On our way to the basketball game in Houston, we walked by the intersection of Bell and Smith Roads so I could try and capture the cool skybridge or whatever it's called that circles around it. I think I initially saw this place on a car commercial and realized it was in Houston. Then I checked the location of the hotel where we were staying and it turned out the intersection was only a couple of blocks away! How cool! I took this while standing just inf front of the old Enron Building, now known as the Chevron Building.
So what you see here is a handheld panorama of 7-8 shots. I converted it to black and white because the buildings and sky were pretty monotone due to the harsh contrast of the afternoon light. Someday when we go back there I would like to try again at night with a fisheye, of which I still need to purchase.
I hope you enjoy the photo and thanks for dropping by. As always, click here to see the high-res version of the final image.
