What you see here is my very first attempt at a long exposure with a 10-stop neutral density filter and a little extra added drama with the black and white conversion. You see a while back I ordered the filter, but just really never got around to trying it until yesterday. I ran out to the Capitol during lunch because there were some awesome clouds rolling through and the Capitol is convenient, easy and usually interesting.
