Last month we took a much needed vacation to the mountains of north Georgia, just near the Tennessee border.  It's very beautiful country up there.  Who knew?  Plus there are quite a number of incredible waterfalls in that area.  We visited several of them.  To get to them you have to hike various distances once you park the car so I decided not to take my tripod.  However, I could have used a platypod once we got to where we were going.  Guess what's on my Christmas list?  Anyway, I tried my best to get some shots of some streams and waterfalls handheld and slowed the shutter as much as I could to get that sense of motion in the water.  I got a couple of keepers and this is the first.  I think I took this one near Anna Ruby Falls as we were heading back.
